Refunds, Returns & Subscription Policy

At Petrol Post, we want every delivery to feel special. We stand behind the quality of everything we create and are committed to making things right if there's ever a problem.

Because we offer subscriptions, annual memberships, and individual Past Drops, different policies apply depending on the product purchased.

Monthly Memberships

First Delivery Guarantee

We offer a risk-free first delivery.

If you don't love your first Petrol Post drop, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll refund your first payment in full and cancel your membership.

No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first Petrol Post delivery only.

To prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to decline refund requests from customers who have previously received refunds or who we reasonably believe are misusing this guarantee.

Subscription Renewals

After your first delivery has been received, future subscription payments are non-refundable.

Each month's drop is planned, produced, and prepared in advance based on active memberships, so we cannot offer refunds once a subscription renewal payment has been processed.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing contact@petrolpost.com.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged again.

If you cancel after a billing date, your cancellation will take effect from the following month.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are paid in advance and include 12 months of Petrol Post deliveries.

We offer the same First Delivery Guarantee as our monthly memberships. If you are unhappy with your first drop, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund your annual membership in full.

After your first drop has been received, annual memberships become non-refundable.

This is because your membership reserves future drops and production is planned based on the number of active members.

Past Drops

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are disappointed with a Past Drop for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Where appropriate, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Missing Items

If you believe your order is missing an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Returns

Due to the collectible and limited nature of our products, we do not require physical returns in most cases.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions before any item is sent back.

European Union Customers

Customers located within the European Union may have additional statutory consumer rights under local law, including cooling-off rights for eligible purchases.

These statutory rights are not affected by this policy and apply in addition to any guarantees offered by Petrol Post.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
