Shipping Policy

Monthly Shipping Schedule

Petrol Post is a monthly subscription. All orders are shipped together on the 1st of each month.

If you subscribe after the 1st, your order will be included in the following month's shipment.

If your order contains Past Drops, these will normally be shipped together with your next monthly subscription to minimise packaging and shipping.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Destination Estimated Delivery
United Kingdom 2–7 business days
Europe 5–15 business days
United States 5–15 business days
Rest of World 2–6 weeks

Please note that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times.


International Orders

International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, local postal services, seasonal demand, weather disruption, or other factors outside of our control.

Although most international orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur.


Tracking

Petrol Post shipments are sent using letter mail and are not individually tracked.

This helps us keep shipping costs low while allowing us to continue offering the subscription at its current price.


My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please don't worry.

Before contacting us, we recommend allowing:

  • United Kingdom: up to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe & United States: up to 20 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of World: up to 6 weeks after dispatch.

If your order still hasn't arrived after these timeframes, please contact us at contact@petrolpost.com and we'll be happy to help.


Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before the monthly shipping date.

If you need to update your address, contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to redirect it.


Customs & Import Charges

Most customers will not incur additional charges, but any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an unusual delay affects a monthly shipment, we'll post an update via our email or Instagram channels to keep members informed.
